Sirali

Born in Mumbai, India in 1988. After living in India all my life, fate got me reconnected with my childhood friend 4 years back & I now live in London after being married to him.

I work in the field of Media, where everything is glamorous on the outside but vicious on the inside but painting takes me to a peaceful & happy place, that is why most of my paintings are very vibrant & colourful. I take my inspiration from all the things around me & the reason I make a painting is to liven up the room in which it is placed. 

I like painting on a Canvas, with Acrylics followed by Oil Paints. My work has been featured at a couple of exhibitions in India & now I want to start selling in the UK market as well. 

One line which best describes my passion for painting is "I get as excited when I see an empty canvas, as a child gets on seeing an ice cream truck."
